Bright Place Program
Bright Place provides our 中学 students with a quiet, 培养, and structured place to do homework, work on a computer, or hang out with other students.
Students who are not taking the bus or being picked up before 4:00 p.m. are given a half-hour after school ends (3:30-4:00 p.m.) to talk with 朋友 and gather their books and homework. 下午4点以后.m., all 中学 students remaining on campus who are not involved in a 体育运动, afterschool program, or club are required to be in Bright Place. Bright Place is available to students every day from 4:00-5:30 p.m. in the MS library.
A snack is provided. Student accounts are charged once a month for this service; the rate is $4.00 per half-hour, but there is a 15-minute grace period with no charge for students who are waiting for their 父母 to pick them up from an afterschool club, 体育运动, 或活动.
